Program Fee
The regular-season program fee for 2026–27 is $250 per student. A sliding scale is available; contact info@bamvt.com to discuss it.
The fee helps cover regular-season program costs, including event registration, robot parts, shop supplies, team merch, and food on Wednesday nights. It does not cover event transportation, lodging, or meals. Fundraising may cover some or all of these costs.
Post-season participation in out-of-state events may require an additional program fee.
Payment
The program fee is due after a student has visited and joined the team. Coaches will provide payment instructions at that time.
Cash or check is preferred. Give cash to a coach in person. Make checks payable to The Bennington Area Makers, Inc. and give them to a coach or mail them to:

Coaches can also provide a PayPal link for online payment.
Receipts
Coaches provide a receipt for cash and check payments using the printable receipt form. PayPal emails a receipt for online payments.
The program fee pays for participation and is not a tax-deductible charitable contribution. If you pay more than the fee and want the additional amount treated as a donation, please let a coach know so it can be listed separately on the receipt.
